Tutoring office - Orientation in itinere
Tutoring is aimed at guiding and assisting students throughout the course of their studies, making them active participants in the educational process, removing obstacles for a fruitful course attendance, including through initiatives related to the needs, aptitudes and requirements of individuals (Article 13, paragraph 2, of Law No. 341 of November 19, 1990 "Reform of University Teaching Regulations").
TUTOR TEACHER
A professor entrusted by the Department of Engineering and Architecture with the task of coordinating the tutor-students and ensuring support for students by providing them with information on tutoring services offered by the University, as well as suggestions and explanations on the organization of course units and study methodology.
STUDENT TUTOR
An undergraduate or PhD student to whom the Department of Engineering and Architecture has entrusted the task of assisting students during their course of study by providing information on the use of the various teaching and computer science tools available to the Department, services provided by the University, the organization of degree courses, the contents of individual teaching subjects, and administrative procedures.
In particular, the tutor-student:
- provides guidance to students on the practical organization of studies, the structure of the programmes of study, the organization of teaching, how to conduct examinations, the support facilities offered by the University, etc.;
- assists students with regard to any problems related to teaching or the way in which course units are conducted; supports students who find some difficulty in dealing with the curriculum and need to fill limited basic gaps by making themselves available for clarification (however, tutor-students do not provide explanations related to the contents of Syllabuses, do not give private lessons, and do not conduct remedial classes);
- refer any problems encountered to the tutor-teacher and the professors concerned.
ER.GO Tutoring

This is a support service for overcoming any difficulties in the organization of study and participation in university life.
