The procedure for applying for a degree is entirely online and can be accessed from your personal area of Esse3 by clicking on the menu item "Degree\Final Examination>Degree Attainment" (on the right of the screen). This will take you to the "Degree Attainment Notice Board" screen, where you can begin filling out the "Application for Degree Attainment."

- 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE SET FOR THE EXAMINATION FOR GRADUATION, THE STUDENT SHOULD:
apply to the Speaker for permission to submit the application for graduation, then he/she should enter the site and follow the following path:
Online Registry Services>Online Registry Services>Application for Graduation>Login with your credentials
You will then need to click the menu item Final Degree>Title Attainment (on the left of the screen) and fill out the Application for Graduation.
Send to the student registry office segreteria.ingarc@unipr.itany additional documentation regarding official extracurricular awards obtained for your higher education work.
If the student does not intend to graduate on the date booked, he/she is required to notify the student registry office by e-mail (segreteria.ingarc@unipr.it) at least 10 days before the date of graduation, enclosing an identity document.
The online application should be made again always 30 days before the chosen appeal and the payment of the stamp related to the diploma amounting to 16 euros will still be considered valid.
For the renewal of the application in subsequent sessions it will be necessary, therefore, to pay only the amount of the 16 euro tuition fee, payable via PagoPA (in online mode or print payment notice).
The student is advised to make a check of the exams taken in the personal online page before submitting the application.
- 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE SET FOR THE EXAMINATION OF THE FIRST-cycle degree courses in the AREA OF ARCHITECTURE, THE STUDENT MUST:
Each Student shall upload the final, uneditable version of the thesis for approval by the Rapporteuraccording to the procedure referred to above; all textual and graphic works of the thesis shall be placed in a single file in DFPDF/A format, the size of which, for students of second-cycle degree courses in the area of Architecture, should not exceed 50 Mbytes;
- return the paper university transcript, if possessed; the transcript should be sent by registered mail with return receipt to University of Parma - Student Registry Office Engineering and Architecture degree courses - via Università 12 - 43121 Parma.
N.B.
Insert the final thesis paper only after uploading all required attachments.
After the "Final Thesis Confirmation" any substitutions of uploaded pdfs will not be possible.
The failure to upload the thesis will result in exclusion from the graduate discussion.
The theses must be submitted only by the above method.
- 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE SET FOR THE DEGREE EXAMINATION OF THE GRADUATE COURSE IN ARCHITECTURE, SUSTAINABLE REGENERATION, THE STUDENT SHOULD:
- MANDATORY UPLOAD of the final thesis; uploading must be done within the Reserved Area > Degree/Final Examination > Achievement of Title: THEME ATTACHMENT MANAGEMENT, click 'Add New Attachment' with the title "Final Paper by First Name Last Name"
