Mode of access
The form is intended for the request of an access title only for the Structured Personnel afferent to DIA and DISTI and concerns only the facilities of the scientific hub with controlled entrances from Building 1 to Building 10, laboratories Clean Room, Fablab and Hydraulic Lab.
Direct access to the form is obtained through authentication with their University credentials, and is reserved for Teaching Staff, TA Staff, Researcher RU, Researcher RTD and Technologist afferent only to DIA and DISTI.
For the Personnel Researcher RTD and Technologist, the expiration date corresponding to the relevant contract is compulsorily required, this will be automatically entered in the form and coming from the registry of our University.
In case of contract update or change of role of the personnel afferent to DIA and DISTI, also the validity date of the contract and of the access authorization will start from the validity date of the contract entered in the University database, and the system will detect them automatically.
The "Clean Room", "Fablab" and "Plumbing Lab" laboratories are subject to the approval of the relevant managers, require precise safety measures, training and use of PPE.
The relevant lab managers, will be sent a notice whenever access activation is required.
Only teaching staff are authorized and empowered to submit requests for access badges to DIA and DISTI facilities for other users such as Doctoral Students, Fellows, Graduate Attendees, Visiting Professors, Guests, etc.

PUR - New User Registration:
Only the teaching staff afferent to the Department, has the power to make requests for all unstructured users who need to access the DIA and DISTI facilities and who are already entered in the registry of the University such as Doctoral Students, Fellows, Assignees, Graduate Attendees.
In the event that it is necessary to request access for users such as, Visiting Professor, Guests, etc., who are not currently registered with our University, users must compulsorily register online at the Single Point of Registration (PUR) of the University of Parma.
From the day after registration, the name will appear in the list within the form and will be selectable by the applicant.

Online form
After submitting the online form, the applicant will receive an e-mail on his or her university mail with a summary of what was requested and is required to check its content.
By clicking on the link he will find inside the e-mail, he confirms the correctness of the data entered, assumes responsibility for what is requested for himself or for the badge recipient for whom he is requesting access, and finally authorizes to proceed with the request.
Only after clicking on the authorization and assumption of responsibility link, the requests are received by the server and automatically forwarded to dia.accessibadge@unipr.it to be finalized.
Please kindly use this mailbox at all times and only, for any and all communications necessary and concerning access badges to DIA and DISTI facilities.
In the form you can:
- request a new badge
- request an update of your badge that has expired.
- request replacement of one's badge if it is lost.
- request replacement of one's badge if it is damaged (check that it has not expired).
- request a change of entitlements.
- request activation of one's badge provided by the Vigilance and Logistics UOS.
On completion of the procedure, the requester and the recipient will both receive an e-mail notifying them of the successful activation; in the case of updating a badge that has expired or in the case of changing the entitlements, they will find that they have been active since that moment.
If the request is for a new badge or for the replacement of a badge, from that moment it will be possible to pick up their badge at the secretariat of the DIA Building No. 3 First Floor, during current public opening hours.
It is not possible for the department to activate access to the reader in the central corridor of the science hub, Technology Transfer and Technological Hub, these requests must be compulsorily addressed to the UOS Vigilance and Logistics helpdesk.logistica@unipr.it which has the authority to grant the request, moreover they must have been sent through their university email and only by the structured staff.

In case a user needs access to facilities such as Technology Transfer and Tecnolopolo, due to incompatibility of the badges used, it is necessary that it be requested and a new badge, which will be provided and sent by the UOS Vigilance and Logistics.
The request should be forwarded to the U.O. Vigilance and Logistics via email to: helpdesk.logistica@unipr.it and indicating "badge" in the subject line of the message.
Once in possession of such a badge, it is possible to request its activation for DIA/DISTI facilities by indicating the number found on the badge, in the appropriate field found in the online form.
If the user already has a badge provided by DIA/DISTI, it will be replaced with the one provided by the UOS Vigilance and Logistics and the other will be deactivated.
Please note that precise security measures, training and use of PPE are also required for access to the Technology Transfer Laboratories.
As per the regulations and for obvious safety reasons in the workplace, we kindly ask that requests for personnel such as PhD students, Fellows, Graduate Attendees, Visiting Professors, Guests, etc., be limited as much as possible, strictly to the premises necessary to carry out the assignments envisaged by the user's work activities, while also trying to avoid disturbing the activities of the remaining offices and laboratories of the department.
