Filling out "Online Plans of Study" and Submission of Individual Program of Study

With the beginning of classes for some students, it is necessary to attend the teachings included in the program of study as free-choice or compulsory (alternatively).

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM OF STUDY

Students may request to follow individual program of study plans, different from the official ones presented in this Prospectus, by submitting a special application to the competent Course Council inderogabilmente during the period from September 15 to October 10, 2025 through the Student Registry Office.
The proposed plan will be reviewed by the Course Council, which will approve it or not by assessing its congruity with the training required for the degree and the cultural motivations provided by the student. The approved plan will be entered into the student's career by the student registry office.

ONLINE PROGRAM OF STUDY PLAN

Please note that the windows for filling(mandatory for all current students) of online plans will generally be open in the period OCTOBER/DECEMBER and a second window in the period MARCH/APRIL.

For the academic year 2025/2026 the dates for completing the online programme of study via the system Esse3 are

1st period from 16/10/2025 to 15/12/2025

2nd period from 9/03/2026 to 17/04/2026

The mandatory course units are already automatically indicated by the system.

On the other hand, for elective or optional teachings, the procedure will guide in the selection of the same.

The students outside prescribed time having already completed their plan in the 3rd year of Bachelor or 2nd year of Master, in order to replace from their plan elective teachings should contact the Student Registry office staff (segreteria.ingarc@unipr.it). The request must be received by the student registry office in the following time windows:

• 1st period - from 16/10/2025 to 15/12/2025
• 2nd period - from 9/03/2026 to 17/04/2026

Also in case some courses of study provide for the choice of curriculum, this choice can also be made during the compilation of the plans on line.
