Quality of Departmental Research and Third Mission

The implementation of quality assurance policies for research and third mission is pursued by the Department through the principle of strategic planning, so as to decline in the specificity of each individual Department the Strategic Plan of the University and the Integrated Plan of the University for the management from the performance cycle.

The Department formalizes in the SUA-RD the strategic objectives for research and third mission by translating them into measurable indicators consistent with its goals and providing for an appropriate distribution of roles and responsibilities. The Department, thanks to the action of the Director's Delegate for Research Quality and Third Mission, has activated an ongoing internal self-evaluation activity that allows monitoring the actions taken according to the guidelines of the University Quality Assurance Committee.
