Student registry office
The student registry office provides information and assistance on the academic career of students/graduates. Specifically, one can turn to the Student Registry Office for the paperwork of :
enrolment
- inscriptions to subsequent years
- passing from/to another degree course UNIPR
- transfers in and out
- student careers
- study plan
- procedures for inscription to graduate exams, issuance of diplomas, self-certification of academic qualifications
- withdrawal from a course of study
- career suspension
- inscription to individual exams
- change of curriculum , variation of curriculum for students not completing the course within the prescribed time for course completion or CCL resolutions affecting student career or programme of study (e.g. regarding choices made outside the windows for filling out online plans or free-choice elective activities and recognition of ECTS credits);
and more generally to everything related to the cursus studiorum. The Student Registry Office is part of the Academic Office, Internationalization and Student Services Area

Academic office
The Department's Teaching Quality Office carries out front office and back office activities for students, students and professors and takes care of the organization of teaching activities.
Provides guidance regarding:
- training offerings
- seminars
- profit, eligibility, degree exams
- class schedules, study plans
- tutorial
- double-titled courses of the Department
- faculty.
Provides general guidance on internships/traineeships and international mobility, as these activities are overseen by University Divisions.
